Visionary Beginnings & Mentorship
Radiance Training Institute (RTI) was founded ten years ago in 2016 through a simple but compelling vision to raise a generation of empowered, disciplined, and purpose-driven individuals. Under the leadership of Wali Hannington, the institute began as a modest mentorship forum, intentionally engaging young people while also providing capacity-building platforms for church leaders and ministers. What started as small, consistent gatherings steadily grew into a movement marked by transformation, character formation, and practical empowerment.
A Point of Reference for Impact
Over the years, RTI has become a point of reference for many whose lives have been shaped through its programs. Young people who passed through its mentorship structures have experienced notable personal and professional growth, while church leaders have been equipped with renewed perspective and effectiveness in ministry. The institute’s approach has remained deeply relational and impact-oriented, emphasizing not only knowledge transfer but also life transformation through steady and purposeful growth.
TVET Accreditation & Governance
In 2024, RTI attained full registration and accreditation as a Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institution. This formalized its training framework while preserving foundational values. The institute is supported by an 11-member Board for oversight, with an operational team including three directors, a dean, an administrator, an operations officer, a quality assurance officer, and a registrar serving as the first point of contact, ensuring accountability and strategic direction.
Empowerment Through Technology
With a clear understanding of global trends, RTI emphasizes digital literacy, offering training in Artificial Intelligence (AI), digital marketing, web design, graphic design, and videography. These income-generating skills foster self-reliance and innovation. As part of this growth, the institute is developing RTI Media to bridge the gap between training and industry, providing structured internship opportunities and practical pathways for graduates to transition into the job market with relevant exposure.
Inclusivity & Global Reach
RTI’s training model remains flexible and accessible through a combination of online and physical classes supported by satellite campuses. This dynamic approach allows students to engage with their studies regardless of location. Today, Radiance Training Institute stands as a testimony of purposeful leadership, continuing its mission to raise individuals who are not only highly skilled but also grounded in character and capable of influencing their communities meaningfully.

Established in 2016 and located at Grey Park Annex (3rd Floor), RTI is a fully TVETA-licensed Technical and Vocational Training institution (Reg: TVETA/PRIVATE/TVC/0039/2024). This accreditation formalizes our capacity to deliver standardized, industry-recognized qualifications that empower our graduates for the modern workforce.
Digital Innovation Hub
We have successfully integrated a modern technology curriculum, establishing high-impact programs in Artificial Intelligence, SEO, and Advanced Digital Marketing. Recognizing the ultimate need for hands-on industry exposure, we officially launched RTI Media Our dedicated, state-of-the-art media wing.
